Depending on the rate chosen at the time of booking, you will have paid a percentage of the total price of the reservation, which, obviously, will be deducted from the total amount of the reservation.
Some of our homes accept pets. We understand that they are part of the family unit, and that it is terribly difficult to let go of them during our vacations.
For this reason, we require our clients to inform us of this situation at the time of formalizing the reservation, to verify that the reserved apartment accepts pets.
Of course we demand that they have the health documentation that proves their vaccination status, and that they comply with the rules of coexistence regarding the transit of them through the lobbies of the building, and the prohibition of access to common areas such as garden and swimming pools.
Of course we supply bed linen and bath towels for the beds in the reserved apartment.
You will find the beds made, ready to be used, and the towels distributed in the bathrooms of the reserved house.
Optionally, as an EXTRA, and at a cost of € 50, we offer the possibility of agreeing an additional total cleaning, during your stay, to make your long stay even more comfortable.
All our homes have internet access, via fiber optics, and Wi-Fi.
The bandwidth is enough to be able to work online, or telework in the apartment.
And for leisure time, you can watch streaming movies, since all our TVs have connection to services such as NETFLIX, YouTube and Prime Video.
Of course, the service is free.
A few days before your arrival, you will receive an e-mail informing you of the exact address where our staff will receive you, and will accompany you to the assigned apartment to make a joint review of it.
At the same time, the customer will be charged the unpaid difference in the price of the reservation, as well as the amount of the deposit stipulated in it (€ 150), which will be returned immediately, once the house is checked at the time of departure.
The entrance for the keys to the apartments is from 4:00 p.m., until 8:00 p.m. We will accompany you to the reserved apartment, and we will show you the available facilities (Pool, paddle tennis courts, etc ...)
In the event that you require an entry before the previously scheduled time, let us know, and if due to availability reasons it is possible, we will facilitate the entry. Request it in the requests / comments section when making the reservation.
Likewise, in the event that you foresee that you will not be able to arrive within the established time, we would appreciate if you let us know, and indicate the expected time of arrival to agree with you the delivery of keys and formalization of the entry.
Once your stay in our accommodation is over, and minimizing face-to-face contact as much as possible, we detail the departure procedure for them. We would appreciate it if you adjust as much as possible to the departure time, so that our cleaning team can prepare the house for the next clients and disinfect it, with the same care that we have prepared for you.
Before 10:00 am in the morning, you will deposit the keys of it on the dining room table. Once you leave the house with your luggage, slam the door, and go to the parking lot.
Once the luggage is loaded, they can leave the car park by pressing the gray button that they will find in the last column to the right, in front of the exit door.
It is not the way we would like to say goodbye to you, but the health situation advises it.

Every client is obliged to comply with the basic rules of coexistence. The prohibition of having parties in the reserved dwelling, or making noise after 00:00 hours, disturbing the sleep of other clients and neighbors.
Pet owners, once accepted by the property, are obliged to provide documentation proving their sanitary status, if required, as well as the use of leashes and muzzles on the way from the entrance to the reserved accommodation. Of course, they are responsible for any damage they may cause to the home during their stay.
The hours of use of the common areas are determined annually and are displayed in the lobby area of the building. During the summer season, the supervisor hired by the company will ensure the proper use of the common garden facilities, swimming pools, and table tennis and paddle tennis courts.
The client will exclusively use the parking space reserved for her home, taking care to park her vehicle within the area delimited for this purpose.
Occupancy of the home by a number of people greater than the number contracted in the reservation is a reason for direct exclusion from the home, without the right to any refund.
Each of our accommodations has a free reserved underground parking space. The access control to it will be given to you, along with the apartment key at the time of check-in.
The dimensions of the same, allow to park vehicles of up to 5 m. long and a maximum height of 2.40 meters.
In the event that you plan to visit us with your own bicycles, inform us in advance, and you can enjoy a room to store them while you are not using them.
