What does the sale price include?
The rental price of the accommodation includes the final cleaning of the accommodation upon departure, and the supply of bed linen and towels for the occupants during their stay. Power and water supplies are included.
Selection of accommodation.
Once you have selected the area / town in which you want to enjoy your holidays, and you choose the type of home you need, we recommend that you verify the number of places that the accommodation in question admits.
No more occupants than the number of places allowed in the apartment are allowed, except if these are babies, who sleep in a cot, and with a maximum of two per dwelling.
How to book. First payment.
We would appreciate if you provide us with all the information we need from you through the form. This will allow us to provide you with faster entry to the reserved home on the day of your arrival. Once all the information has been provided, choose the payment method you want to use to pay the 25% confirmation of your reservation, between bank transfer, and paypal or credit card.
Form of payment of the reservation.
In the first case, you will be provided with information about the account number and the amount to which you must make the transfer.
We will be grateful if you send us by e-mail, proof of the same with the locator number. You have 48 hours to make the payment. In the event of not receiving the transaction receipt, the reservation will inevitably be canceled.
If you choose a credit card, our secure payment gateway service guarantees the security of the transaction, and your credit card details will only be accessible to the bank.
The amount paid will be considered as a guarantee of the reservation, and, obviously, will be discounted from the total amount. The difference (75%) will be paid at the contracted accommodation upon check-in, upon arrival at our accommodation.
Once it has been verified that the payment has been made effective, the reservation will be considered confirmed, and you will receive an e-mail with the proof of the payment made.
Also, at the entrance of the accommodation will be paid, exclusively by credit card, the amount of € 150, as a deposit. This charge will be canceled, at no cost to you, once the status of the return of the home has been verified by our staff, in a period in no case exceeding 24 hours. In the event of detecting any damage, it will be communicated to the tenant by e-mail, who will thus be informed of the cost of repairing the damage.
Maximum occupant capacity.
Each home has a maximum occupant capacity, defined in its description. Occupancy of the accommodation by a number of people greater than that established in the reservation will cause immediate expulsion without the right to refund the amount of the reservation.
Cleaning of the house.
The house will be delivered clean, and in perfect conditions of use. In the event that the client understands that the cleaning is not correct, they will immediately notify the reception staff of said circumstance, for their verification and verification. In the event that it is agreed to repeat the cleaning of the house, it will be carried out within a maximum period of 24 hours.
If the client wishes that some extra cleaning be carried out during their stay, at their expense, tell us what day or how often they want it on the day of their arrival. We will inform you of the cost of the service.
Upon departure, the client will leave the bedding and towels on the bed, to be collected by the laundry staff, as well as the clean utensils and in the drawers, and the rest of the house in general, in acceptable condition
We will take into account all the special requests that you may request. We guarantee a quick response from us.
The entrance to the accommodations is from 4:00 p.m., until 8:00 p.m. If for any circumstance (small children, elderly people, etc ...) you require an earlier entry, contact us, or request it in the requests / comments section when making the reservation.
In the event that you foresee that you will not be able to arrive within the established time, we would appreciate if you let us know this circumstance, and the expected time of arrival to agree with you the delivery of keys and formalization of the entry.
The departure of the accommodations is at 10:00 in the morning. If you need to leave earlier, contact us, and we will agree on how to return the keys.
Conditions of cancellation of the reservation.
You can cancel your reservation at any time, refundable according to the rate chosen when formalizing it, and non-refundable in the case of having chosen a Non-Refundable rate.
To request cancellation, write to us at the following e-mail address: email@example.com indicating your reservation number. We will reply to you as soon as possible.
In the event that the client does not show up on the day of arrival, or shows up after the deadline (from the second day or more than the expected date of entry), the reservation will be canceled, and the client will be charged the difference of the total stay as a penalty.
PETS/ Domestic animals.
We have some homes that allow pets, always on request, and approval by the Management. Tell us their characteristics and number, in the "comments" section.
You will receive the answer in the shortest possible time. If so, you will be sent along with the confirmation our regulations for pets, which are mandatory.
What equipment is available in the home?
The accommodations have sufficient kitchen equipment for the maximum number of occupants that they allow. The specific equipment of each accommodation can be found in its description. We do not provide detergents for the washing machine or dishwasher, or personal hygiene and bath products.

We have replacement clothes (bedding and towels) to save you having to keep an eye on the washing machine during your well-deserved vacation. Extra service.
On the day of your departure you must deliver the key to the house at our office, before 10:00 AM.
Once the state of return of the house has been verified by our staff, the charge that was made on your credit card on the day of your arrival will be canceled, as a deposit.
If for travel needs (plane, train, etc.) you need to leave before office hours, we will appreciate it if you tell us at our office and we will agree with you how to deliver the keys.
